At Your Bark and Call is owned and operated by Rick and Krista McGaw and their team of experienced and confident animal lovers! We have been customizing pet care to suit the needs of our clients since 1995. Our love of this job, combined with our experience and ongoing education, allows us to give you worry free pet care. We have extensive knowledge in Canine Body Language and Pet First Aid, so your pets are in good hands, whether on private walks or in group play at one of Canmore’s amazing off leash dog parks.
At Your Bark and Call is a WildSmart company which means that we use only the designated off leash dog parks for our group walks in an effort to keep both the wild animals and our canine clients out of harm’s way. If we are on the trails in and around town, dogs are always on leash.

We offer both on and off leash walking for one or more dogs. We carefully interview our clients and their owners to be sure that all of our dogs are suitable for the off leash dog park and spend some time bonding with the dogs before they are permitted to run off leash with the group. All pets are properly assessed prior to social interaction.
At Your Bark and Call is now offering training sessions for your canine companions. Rick uses a positive approach to training and rehabilitating dogs.
This service provides pet owners with a great alternative to boarding their pets. Pets thrive on routine and with our experience and knowledge, you can rest assured that we do everything necessary to keep your pet as relaxed, and stress free during your absence. We customize this service to suit the needs of you and your pet (s). Overnight house & petsitting is also offered, based on availability.

Is your dog or cat’s nails getting a little long? Our experienced staff can provide them with a clipping.
Fido come home dirty from a walk? Book your pet in for a bath and clip! We pick your pet (s) up and return your dog looking and smelling great!! If nail clipping and grooming are booked with a walk please provide advanced notice.
